What is your domestic shipping policy?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping via UPS and FedEx, with tracking information provided via email once your package departs our New York warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as sale products and intimate apparel, are final sale.
How can I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
Detailed size charts are available on each product page. As many of our brands feature unique Japanese sizing or oversized silhouettes, we recommend comparing the measurements to a garment you already own.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are in-store pickups available for online orders?
Currently, online orders are fulfilled via our shipping partners and are not available for pickup at our physical storefronts. We recommend visiting our New York location for in-person shopping.
