Nepenthes America accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date for a refund or store credit. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, spare buttons, and brand boxes are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our New York flagship location, clearly marking the RA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment's condition; approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
